We are NOW ALLOWING CUSTOMERS INSIDE TO SHOP.
We are still taking phone orders and walk-up orders at our new pick-up window if you prefer to use those services. If you do wish to shop inside, please wear a mask and we will be limiting the number of customers inside to 5. If you don’t have a mask, you will be asked to step outside to the pickup window and we will take your order there. Please call 618-576-2623 to place orders for pickup. Odds are that you will get our voicemail. Please leave your name and number and we will call you back for your order. (Please DO NOT leave orders on the voicemail or on our Facebook page/Messenger. If you do we can’t guarantee that your order will be filled.) Once we have your order, we will call you back when it is ready and give you your total. Payment by check is preferred, but we are accepting all forms of payment. Please be patient with these changes. We are doing everything possible to keep our staff and our customers healthy so that our store can remain open.
“We ask that all customers follow social distancing guidelines when using our pick-up window and when shopping inside. Please remain 6 feet away from other people. Please do not come to our store in person if you have symptoms of ANY illness. If any one of us that works at Northside Family Foods were to become sick with Covid-19, our store would have to be shut down and the rest of us quarantined.
